Natural Anxiety Cure - Magnesium

There are many natural anxiety cures available for anxiety attacks. However, according to research, magnesium can be considered the most deficient nutrient in the United States due to a poor diet which consists mainly of processed foods, and a stressful and hectic lifestyle. Stress further depletes the body and causes an imbalance in the body's biochemistry.

Magnesium is used in therapy as a natural anxiety treatment because of its relaxing effect and is essential for over 300 chemical reactions in the body.

The body needs this particular mineral to produce adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which powers all your bodily functions and reactions.
